Department: Wellness Centre
Project Location(s): Shah Alam, Selangor
- Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence faxes, mails, calls and enquiries.
- Perform reception duties (e.g. receive bookings and arrange appointments).
- Attending to walk in customers and servicing them in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, proper documentation arrangement and general filing.
- Provide advice on and sell beauty & wellness products.
- To be responsible for the availability of product catalogues and information at all times.
- To strengthen the business relationship with the existing customers and also to reach out aggressively to new customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
- Required Languages: English Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Confident, pleasant personality, responsible with positive attitude.
- Have the passion and desire to work and cooperate in team.
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to start immediately is a plus.
- Training will be provided.
