Receptionist Cum Customer Service

Department: Wellness Centre
Project Location(s): Shah Alam, Selangor

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence faxes, mails, calls and enquiries.
  • Perform reception duties (e.g. receive bookings and arrange appointments).
  • Attending to walk in customers and servicing them in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, proper documentation arrangement and general filing.
  • Provide advice on and sell beauty & wellness products.
  • To be responsible for the availability of product catalogues and information at all times.
  • To strengthen the business relationship with the existing customers and also to reach out aggressively to new customers.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
  • Required Languages: English Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Confident, pleasant personality, responsible with positive attitude.
  • Have the passion and desire to work and cooperate in team.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start immediately is a plus.
  • Training will be provided.
